Hi all, I got my AOR on monday 24 Aug 2020.
Please update the tracker
@GokulGuruprasad it seems like you and I have very similar timelines

Has anyone got any March 10th AORs? It seems that they have substantially slowed down

I am March 9 and have not received AOR yet. Playing the waiting game.
A person from the April batch got his application returned today.
I guess they are scrutinizing the application first, then correct applications are given AOR - that's where the queue is clogged.!

If they are scrutinizing April apps, I wonder if they have completed this process for March and earlier apps already.

They verify first because there is no point in entering the incomplete application data into the system and midway to stop for returning the application back as they are not supposed to accept/load wrong application. Its my guess.

Sent them email asking if I will need to wait another 6 months for my application. My application received on March 10,2020. Return back for missing picture on August 12,2020.

You got it via email or by mail?

I presumed they do first level check and return if it is missing then it goes to another office who process the AORs.

This is unacceptable! Their vetting process has a lot of gaps. Simple can review the package at the first level: don’t take much but clerical review if all is there. If not, return within a month or two. Then pass it to the officer that will deep dive. Because this is the only way to fast track the review and issue AORs. Allow test to be online inviting a batch of 100 each province. Slow down at the end of the process which would allow applicants more visibility but not having visibility at the start of the application is bad.
But what I know.. I am just an immigrant.

You are absolutely correct.... What do we know as we all are immigrants !
Did anyone get their AOR from March in Ottawa?
I see someone in April got it. Not sure if it is a valid one or is it by mistake.
Thanks
