My application has not been returned but after looking through this forum I discovered my language evidence (canadian college transcript for which I have not completed the college program) may not be acceptable.
Hi all,
Today they returned my application indicating that it’s “incomplete” because somehow I’ve forgotten to check on box in section 16!! Although I checked it multiple times before submitting. Anyways my application was received March 20,2020. This means they have started with March applications.
now when I resubmit the application, is it still considered As a March application Or is it shifted to be among the August applications ??

well, they are not processing AOR for everyone hence even if it moves ahead fast, it wont help for many as cic is not completing the full month even after they are moving to the third month. So not sure if it will get resolved by that time they reach July/Aug applicants.
