How do we receive AOR? by email or mail?

My app was delivered on March 5.

Is the processing of all applications at IRCC on hold because of covid outbreak ?

its probably a way for them to mark applications that come in after the whole covid 19 situation. probably an internal tracking measure

It was same for my application, which was sent on 16 Mar and received on 20 March. Due to Covid19, Canada Post does not seek physical signature, thus, it's signed as Covid19

Hi Everyone. I sent my application by Canada Post XpressPost and it was delivered after 11 days!

I have two questions.
1) The delivery note was signed by "Kody Covid" and hand signed as "covid19". Did anyone come across this when they mailed this or the past week? Should I be concerned?
2) When your application gets looked at (I am guessing AOR), how do they communicate with you and do they send you an application number?
