Sorry to hear that your application got returned back. Did you get pictures back with your application ?
Do they have file number on your application ?

No pictures but they just stamped it with the "Date of Received".

Also, did you write your name on the back of pictures ?

True... 2 applications returned today from March applicants and both have shared rejection reason of missing pictures by IRCC.

Let's see what happens to others. I myself a march applicant and I am scared now.

Canadavisa forum doesn't have 80% of applications reported. I would say it hardly has 10% of the applications being applied.

I believe March applicants should start hearing back from Aug-20.

I estimated 80% as most applicants are from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other Asian, African countries, and I see their presence and most of them update their data on the tracker on this board on a regular basis. I could be wrong!

Did you re-print your application with the new date and update your physical presence calculator with new dates since your application is more than 90 days old?

Actually they sent back the whole applications, I friend of mine an immigration lawyer said "Copy theie letter and highlited the missing pictures line and write as requested, put the photos on an envelope stick it to the copy letter, and send ir ASAP.

Will they consider you as a March applicant then or treat you like an applicant from Aug?

Let's see what happens next week. If we see more are coming back for photos, then something is wrong for sure. Application might miss some information (e.g., checkbox) but people here are not that dumb that they will keep missing photos. That makes no sense to me.

Could be that one of the first things they check for is missing documents once that stage is passed then they check for completeness or validity of documents. So maybe we are at the stage of checking for missing documents now. Could also mean rather than someone properly checking for the photos the person just does not want to do good work and as such just returns the application. We have to just wait for them to get to us. Its the waiting that is killing

I think it's better to know if the person has placed the photos in a small envelope with in the application because there could be a possibility that once someone opens the app the photos can go missing if not placed in a small envelope.

I did put the photo using the envelop I got from the store. If they say it's missing then next time I will have to make a video of sending everything.

I did put the photo using the envelop I got from the store. If they say it's missing then next time I will have to make a video of sending everything.

hahaha ... everyone should do this and then send this video to IRCC through online webform as proof that you included every required document
