Hi, if we receive a remedical request, do we need to upload the acknowledgement that we receive from the medical centre via a webform or not take any action and wait for the centre to upload the results by themselves? Thanks

For remedical request we received, we did not take any action, medical centre sent reports directly to IRCC for processing. And we received an updated in our account about 10 days post our medical tests that we passed our exams.

@legalfalcon and others who can shed some light, Can you please suggest as to what is happening with my file?
Received an ADR for IMM5669e on Feb 7. Completed and uploaded to the portal by 9th Feb. ADR section is showing as "Not Applicable" ever since. Also, I had raised a webform for uploading my upfront remedical. Now as per the status, it says both security and criminality has not been started (earlier criminality was stated as passed, security not started). Thanks in advance..

There was no need for upfront medicals unless specifically asked by IRCC.

When you are referring to status, is it based on your MyCIC account or your GCMS notes?

Yea, it’s done with lawyers. Ranges anywhere from $2.5k to $8k from what I hear. My case is still being worked on, so I can’t tell much as I don’t have a full picture yet. I’m kind of updating in these threads every other week.

Did you notify CIC about the filing before submitting it?

I have a query regarding Bridge Open Work Permit, I have a PR application(Aor March 2020) under express entry in progress.
My current work permit expires in September 2022. I am planning to apply for BOWP in March here in Canada.
So my question is can I travel outside canada while my BOWP is in processing and will my travel impact the processing of my bowp ?

Any recommendation is welcome!

On Feb 4, medicals changed to "You passed the medical exam" from "Yo do not need a medical exam". As there were chances of implementing lockdowns in the country, I just wanted to get it done with just in case IRCC asks for a medical and I won't be able to submit, delaying the process further. Webform response states that the responsible office has received my remedicals.

ADR status "not appliable" in My CIC account. Previous status of criminality was passed and security was "not started" as per GCMS notes. Current Status (as per webform) is "not initiated" for both security and criminality. This webform response was received after my ADR was submitted but the query was made earlier.
