I got the same email on Monday last week. I got my login credentials the same day I replied.

Send a webform.

Not sure whom you are sending the email to. The one way to contact IRCC is webform and the query will be sent to wherever your application is.

Sorry to hear that. Its really sad to see that even CEC class has to wait that long. I as a FSW-O applicant feel even more despair

My case was:

AOR - March 3, 2020
BIO - March 13, 2020
zero update until... JULY 1, 2021!!
got a portal email
replied them with my info on July 2, 2021
got a portal login info on July 5, 2021 (around 2pm)
uploaded the photo and address on July 5, 20201 (around 3pm)
got ecopr on the same day (July 5, 2021 - around 9pm!)

I know how frustrated you are but hang tight!! You will get yours very soon.

She should be sending her passport to VFS in her country and I should be sending mine to Ottawa?
