called again today still same status as it was in july, file hant been touched since july. security not started, criminality in progress, eligibility recommend passed.
@legalfalcon, any idea when will they start looking at march files more.

Looks like PNP applicants are stuck. Same for me, eligibility same from July. However, criminality passed.

@legalfalcon - for PNP, is there anything which might be stuck at Province? Like any step which Province are blocking?

Same here, except my eligibility is still ‘not started’ but criminality is passed. Did my biometrics on March 11. AOR March 3.

Agreed..

Rather than sending webforms call them.

May take 7 or 8 attempts to get to the agent. But you will get much more insights about your application, rather than half baked information of Webforms which take 2 weeks

If you are outside Canada, download an app like, get a Canada number and call them.

@legalfalcon - for PNP, is there anything which might be stuck at Province? Like any step which Province are blocking?

Provinces only provide a nomination. Once done, provinces have nothing to do. Post ITA processing is all done by IRCC, and only verification of nomination is done, nothing more. However, most nominations are sent straight to profile and do not need a verification either.

What do you think, which stage my application is at ? how close to final decision ? My AOR Feb 16th

When I called the agent, he said the last note on eligibility is given on July. So he assumed, that last update was on july.

This brings a good point.

@legalfalcon - Is it possible, that stage may be passed, but not documented on file which agent have access to? I meant, things are moving, but agent can't see notes in the file?
