It is always better to be truthful. If you have submitted the jobs that you missed in your personal history, no need to worry and you did the right thing.
Thank you @legalfalcon. Sorry for reverting back late, got a bit occupied with stuff. So, I wanted to ask a question the amendment (loe)*review required* note is before the case agent note, where he mentioned that eligibility is met. In the assessments the eligibility is passed. As per your last posts, the eligibility is only conclusive when officer passes it. So, it’s met by an agent, all the other info I sent after the aor is not related to my eligibility at all. In a nutshell, I’m PNP approved, Case agent passed me in his assessment. Can a officer have some thoughts otherwise ? Because I read some cases where eligibility was passed by agen but officer was not satisfied.
Thank you again brother, you’re of an amazing help to everyone.
When the COPR is issued they will all have the same expiration date and the date will depend on when your meds expire, your passports expire. The cOPR cannot be issued beyond the expiry date of the meds and the passport.
When the documents are issued, it will be seen when the first expiry of meds / passport happens and that will be the date beyond which the COPR will not be extended.

Take all the webform replies with a grain of salt. Also don’t send too many forms (nothing bad), but its like “cry wolf”, when you will need it the most you certainly don’t need a generic answer. Again nothing bad in that you already sent 4 webforms.

The final determination is done by an officer. The officer can make a decision contrary to wheat the CPA or an analyst may have recommended. Althout this is very rare. In most cases the recommendation what is made is usually followed. So if your eligibility has been assessed as passed by a CPA then you need not worry.
The eligibility takes place in two stages. First an analyst or an assistant will review and make a recommendation. This can be recommended passed / Met / etc. This recommendation is then reviewed by an officer who makes a final determination. The terminology used such as met / recommended passed / passed an no relevance.
In your GCMS notes you will see a note for R10 - completeness check and then a note by an agent / assistant or analyst, that will be detailed and a recommendation will be made. This will then be reviewed by the officer who will make a final determination and enter another note.
See my previous post on how these look in the GCMS available at #2,521
Before the PPR is sent, your medicals, if expired, will be sent to the Regional Medical Officer for reassessment who will make a determination on whether to ask for remeds or extended them.
