Finally biometrics done today and it is updated instantly on the online profile. What a long wait of 8 month!

gave my biometrics yesterday, any idea about what would be next. When my application i sapproved will i get an email or will i have to check my cic account?

You should get an email. Check the account too in a week or so regularly

I just signed in, Application got approved just now! No email! It just have a counterfoil number!

For us it took 3 business days from online update to email

Congrats! CEC Inland seems to get approval so quickly. Got everything done by. July including Biometric & still waiting

I raised a webform 10 days ago to IRCC asking about the application status and received the following response:

We verified the information on file and we are pleased to inform you that everything appears to be in order with the application.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

Is this a positive response and shall we expect PPR soon?
