I'm just so frustrated
My timeline (FSW - Inland):

AOR: March 15, 2020
Medical Passed: April 30, 2020
Biometrics Request Letter: April 30, 2020
ADR (Singapore PCC): April 30, 2020 (Submitted May 20, 2020) *The status of "Review of additional documents" changed to "Not applicable" on May 22, 2020.
Biometrics submitted: October 13th, 2020
Medical expired: March 25th, 2021
From latest GCMS notes I received a few days ago
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started

Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed - Expired

Final:
It also shows that my application hasn't been touched since May 19th 2020, when an agent from Centralized Intake Office passed my eligibility and transferred my file to CPC - Ottawa. I'm guessing my file hasn't even been assigned to an officer.

This is very painful. I can feel your frustration. Just keep the hope. It’ll come soon, fingers crossed for you
Hi, what is PR confirmation portal email? is this different than COPR that will be attached directly on Online account? Thanks.
No ircc account and the PR confirmation portal are not same. Some inland people get copr through the PR confirmation portal. Once they send you the link to PR confirmation portal, after some formalities, they upload ecopr on the PR confirmation portal. It's a new system and some people get thorough it some people get copr directly on ircc account.
Hi all,
I am CEC Inland with AOR Mar 4, 2020.
I called IRCC client center yesterday and they informed me that 1) my medicals were extended for another year and 2) my application is transferred from Ottawa office to a local office.
What does this mean?
I got GCMS notes few weeks ago and it showed that my file was approved. I could see that a COPR was generated in Aug 2020 but never issued (it expired). I have no dependents, just a single applicant.
Should I expect more delays? Should I expect an interview since the file is transferred to a local office? I am just worried as I don't know what this means.
@legalfalcon any pointers would be much appreciated!

They put aside jan-april 2020 applications
Blaming pandemic
It was just their decision to prioritize later application
How evil brutal
Many people suffering

You nailed it. It’s evil and brutal. People that applied Jan Feb 2021 are already getting their PR and others that applied a year earlier in Jan Feb 2020 don’t know their fate. No way you can entirely not worry because you don’t know your fate until it is approved. I’m May 16, 2020 and my file was last touched 7 months ago. Still waiting for Security to start

You should receive a COPR soon. It is usually the local office that issues the COPR, and for most it is Etobicoke.

Not sure if it could be a comfort
My aor is feb05 2020
And many folks are still waiting ( even 2019 applicants )
May is not that bad ..
I think you will get ur pr approval before 12month anniversary

Amen to that. I wish same for all of us Q1/Q2 2020 applicants
Any FSW Outland got their COPR recently?
@legalfalcon Hi sir. Do you have an estimate of now many COPR are issued per week/month these days?
@legalfalcon. I noticed in the above dataset that British Columbia has extremely few Skilled Worker COPRs issued. I selected Vancouver as destination for my FSW application. Do you think this could be a contributing factor to the super long delay?

It will have no effect. BC has fewer FSW since most people going to BC are under PNP.
