1. Verify that they are your notes by checking your application number, your name and date of birth on page 1.
2. See page 2 for the assessments. This is the overview of your application stages. To read on stages, see https://bit.ly/35xhKw6
3. Then flip to the last 3-5 pages, this is where the notes entered by the immigration officers are and will provide you with the details.
Once done, you will have a clear grip of your application and then you can read in details about the assessments and calculations and the incoming and outgoing documents which will be in the middle of your notes.

Simply put each applicant has to be admissible to Canada on the above. Usually officers and in legal language instead of using positives, negatives are used.
So instead of saying that you are admissible under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) it is often written as you are not inadmissible under IRPA, which is the same as saying that you are admissible.

Thank you for your always informative advices and help. Do you have any information about the status of FSW-Inland applications? They clearly mentioned that they are functioning on full capacity to finalize CEC application. Is there any hope they will start processing FSW-Inland soon?

There are many applications that are in the same stage as yours, where eligibility is passed, and security has not been initiated. Security only starts after it is initiated by IRCC. A security screening request is a message transmitted to National Security Screening Division (NSSD) and screening partners.
If you are an inland applicant, then you may only be subject to a record check, which is a fairly quick process as compared to comprehensive screening, which takes longer. To read on how security screening is done, when it is initiated and record check via comprehensive screening, see https://bit.ly/3b4cTUr
