Just called a service canada in edmonton today, website says they are open. But the lady said all biometrics collection are still cancelled and no information available on when they will resume.

i'm wondering if they process FSW before CEC? I'm looking at myimmitracker and it shows FSW being given PPRs for Jan AORs but nothing since November for CEC? Does anybody know why?

The PPRs issued in March are not for applicants whose AOR was March 2020
