I have one question, that I received application approval update on website and COPR number is generated but I can't find any document to download for further steps.

Update was on Nov 9th and still waiting for the document.

Is that normal? Anyone in same boat?

Yeah pretty normal, you will get the copr soon, sometimes there is lag

Any idea about when PR applicants would be able to book an appointment?


Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results - May 25, 2020 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents - Not applicable.
Interview - You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics - We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.
Background check - We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.



is eligibility check depended on biometrics ? if not then I think it should be passed by now.

I don't think Biometric appointments for PR will be available before Jan 2021. This is because the next student intake is in Jan, so their biometric requirements may be prioritized.
I have the same question about the link between passing eligibility and biometrics submission. Can anyone help with this?

Hey bro,
You tell them that you called to check the status of your PR Application, they’ll ask you a couple questions and that is it.

I called CIC and they said My eligibility have been passed and they are reviewing my background check. Any Idea how long will it take from here ?
