I submitted my application today and immediately received a message with the name "Acknowledgement of receipt - Application for permanent residence", that means it's the AOR, correct? I'm lost on all acronyms lol

I have seen the data of medical passed till 13 of march where aor was being submitted around 7th of march and after that i guess IRCC started working from home.

I had a Schengen Visa to Germany for 11 days. On 8th day of my trip, I decided to travel to Budapest for 3 days by train which I did not included in Travel History. There is no stamp in my passport about Hungary. Am I in trouble?
