Webforms are not legit and apply for GCMS i came across same issue when called the agent says eligibilty passed to confirm i raised webform and it came out as still processing.I ordered GCMS which shown eligibility and medicals passed.Criminality pending due to bometrics.Security blank and info sharing in progress.May 14th AoR still waiting for the 2nd GCMS ordered a week ago which has a time gap of more than a month b/w 2 GCMS notes so checking if the security is also passed as the officer mentioned in the notes no criminal record found and PCC looks good.

@legalfalcon Hello i an on a closed work permit on intra company transfer which is LMIA exempt. My PR R10 is already passed. So the question is can i directly apply BOWP or i will have to ask my organization / company to do it ? Please guide me. My WP is until 26 Jan 2021. Thank you

Good thing is that I was on call with IRCC yesterday and I was told that it is in progress. So I believe you should try to give them a call or order GCMS note to see what is going on. I order on Sep 4 and not yet received mine.

its so hard to get to them. I dont know how to reach a live agent.

I received a message to request medical when I submit valid medical back in March!! . I submitted my medical way back on 27th of March and the expired date was April the 19th!!. Anyone have\had the same thing!. So frustrating to do so, wasting time and money.

Mine was also expired but i have question that when we get message that your medical has been expired is computer generated one or it display when somebody from IRCC look into your profile?

Mine was passed by the analyst.
Criminality, medical - passed
Security Not Started.

VO - CPC Ottawa. I feel like there is a delay in approvals in this office as my file hasn't moved since mid-June.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?

Same boat, Mar 20 AOR. Passed by analyst and security isn't started yet. Order GCMS a couple weeks back.
