GCMS received 20th July and 8th August. (criminality passed, Eligibility & security not started)
September 10th - Queried Ralph, no progress.
GU - 24th September 6pm
PPR mail in spam - 24th sep 7 am (yes GU after PPR)
Same thing happened with me - my 'Ready for Visa' email went to Spam (12th Sept) and I found out after 5 days (17th Sept)!!
It's really scary that such an important mail goes to the spam folder and the worst part is that the status on you profile is page still shows that 'application is under process'!
This is really scary. I have been under the impression that even if the PPR email goes to spam, there will be an update in the account that should notify us. Now I am panicking a bit thinking what if I received the email in my spam and it was auto-deleted. I am hoping there would be some kind of GU either before or after the PPR email gets sent out though.

Hi there! No I didn’t get any ghost updates and I checked every day for them! I only got a ghost update after I already received the Golden Email, it caught me completely by surprise!

Congratulations to those who have received the golden mail and best of luck to others.
Can anyone shed some light on who receives the final mail? The applicant or representative, as my account has been linked and i am unable to view anything on the account. Even the messages are not shown when i login but they are visible to the representative.
Just want to be double sure that the mail may not land up in spam of the representative.

Heard nothing after that.
Ordered GCMS notes in August. Received them on September 20, 2019 indicating that eligibility and BG check not started.
Raised a webform last week and got a generic reply today that we are processing the application... yada yada.
She logged in to the profile today, and she saw that profile has been updated, even though nothing had been updated. So my question is, does the profile get updated when you raise a webform or does it indicate there has been some movement with the file. Any insight is highly appreciated.

that's a good sign!
Profile does not get updated every time you raise a web form in my experience, but the application updated means there's been some movement!

That’s known as ghost update , most likely u should get the ppr email by next day . Guys got my golden email just few hours back . Finally after long wait . All the best to everyone
