Hey, i wanted to know how can we inquire about which office is my application in?
Call IRCC (frustrating 30-40 mins hold) or order GCMS notes (impatient 30 days wait).

Hi
@legalfalcon,
Need your advice.
I have been asked by IRCC to submit CV & 'Supplementary information request for students form'. I read the form they want me to fill it is focused on the studies aspect, whereas I have completed my masters in 2012 and have no intentions of studying any further. The form asks for details like courses studies or intends to study, your supervisors past & future, thesis and so on. Very confusing.
Can you share any inputs on why this is required by them? and also, what to fill if possible.
Awaiting your revert.
Regards.
Guys, I wrote to Ralph Goodale and I got a response from him stating the following:
Dear Andres - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Mar 20, 2019. It is at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney.
Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.
Eligibility has not been met.
Criminality passed.
Security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Feb 2020.
Obviously, I'm really worried about the "Eligibility has not been met.", since I haven't received an official response from IRCC. I've even read that this is an automatic rejection of my application. I have requested my GCMS notes and I hope they arrive sooner than later, to see if there's anything I can do about it.

Email Ralph Goodale (just like what the poster above did). Use the search function, his email address and the message format ate everywhere.
Okay now who is this gentleman, Ralph Goodale? And what role does he play in the entire process? Does he reply to everyone?

He's a cabinet member, minister of some bulls***. The minister of immigration, Ahmed Hussen, is not nearly as responsive as Ralph is, which is why people reach out to his office instead.

Just searched for him. Hes a minister of public safety.thats not even relevant to him. Makes me wonder why his office is responding to individual immigration queries? That’s really kind of him if it’s really his office that is replying, must be time consuming.

It is. I think his office has to respond to all inquiries but it's nice that they go out of their way to inquire with IRCC about application status. I sent a request to Ahmed Hussen just because it seemed more relevant though.

G’luck with that. Let us know if you get a reply
Can someone please tell if we need to provide information of expired passport with no travel history on it in our EE application?
