:)Just do it, although CIC say they don't need it at the time you submit the application, eventually you might be requested and this will delay the application process a lil bit.

Hi Gary,

Its a week today since i received the BIL for my wife and still no news of mine.I have raised CSE and tried calling the IRCC call center but 0 luck.

Any advice ?

Don't worry, you are inland applicant or outland.? If you are outland, just wait for this week, as some applicants will get request after 15 days as well.

I am FSW outland.But you are forgetting the fact that my primary applicant already received the BIL last week on 19th.Only i haven't received !!
