I forgot to ask them for my visa office. The cic agent just told me its approved and sending passport would be the next step. So idk when I'll receive the email.

Can someone tell me on which email we receive PPR mail, we have both primary and secondary applicants in our case and till now for any update on the portal we receive email only on secondary applicants email. I m just worried that is the email we provided for primary correct or this is normal scenario. What to do ??

I called CIC and was informed by agent that Eligibility & Security are "Under Review". Criminality is "Passed". Visa office : CPC Ottawa
She told everything in application looks fine and are under normal processing times.
1. Is "Under Review" same as "Review Required"?
2. Is this the reason for no updates for quite a long time?
3. How are the reviews for Ottawa office interns of processing times.

My husband and I are outland CEC applicant, and have ever worked in Montreal for only one year, so that we didn't expect the fast approval. It is really a big surprise for us. Wish you all good luck~
