Can someone tell what is a ghost update? GU ?
When I logged in to my application, there was a "Current Status" showing as Application Updated, and I clicked on the "Check Full Application Status" I didn't notice anything updated
I go back to the home page and notice that the current status is now showing "Submitted" again.

That is a ghost update..

Congrats to all those who got PPR mail.

Once u get PPR mail - what does it say on application status WEBPAGE.
Does it STILL says "we are processing your application " or something else which implies that mail has been sent.

Kindly help since i applied through consultant and PPR mail would go to him -I just wanna be sure if they sent mail for me or not

It does not change much. For me, nothing changed. So its very important to check your emails because there is no update in the profile.

Since I have hired a consultant - I just have to believe - he is checking properly.

Hello everyone, looking for some guidance. I received my GCMS notes yesterday. My eligibility status is Met. However, my proof of funds has a review required. Luckily, from the notes, I was able to figure out why there is a RR.

Can I submit a letter of explanation for my proof of funds saying that I got to know through the GCMS notes? Or is it better to not mention the notes and submit a new set of bank statements for the last 6 months.

My AOR is March 2nd and I'm nearing 8 months soon. My criminality is Passed and security background check hasn't been initiated yet. My application is at Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know how soon I can raise a webform again? My first one was raised a week before the 6 month mark. Only my Criminality was passed , others were not started yet. Tomo I complete 7 months. Can I raise a webform to know the status? Does it help ? Pls Advice..

For my case, I raised so far two webforms and I am planning to raise another one today or tomorrow as the last update on my file was about a month ago.
My AOR is 23 Mar

Someone I know got their AINP application done in 14 months. Thats all I know. Might be good to look for more AINP applicants

Yes, you can. no problem. Do mention that you have passed 7 months

Yes, you can. However, please explain your POF situation satisfactorily. If you want, you can get another Bank Statement and update it or show proof of the source of funds (not sure what the reason was).

GCMS is a legal way to get info and hence saying you have GCMS does not affect you adversely
