Hey Guys
I am an inland applicant for CEC, with AOR 10th March. 2019
Do I need to get my biometrics done as well or I should be just getting RCMP check?
I am seeing the Back Ground check as Not Applicable in my case while rest all are same as yours. I was wondering about this if its proper status. Can anyone help to clarify if they too got the same Not Applicable Status for Background check ?

That is true. I read on some other post that between now and late July, IRCC prioritises Study permit approvals for Summer and Fall terms. That could well explain the increasing time lag, considering approximately 1,241 e-APR's have been submitted between 1st Jan 2019 to date, as per Myimmitracker.
On a different note, it makes me wonder how many applicants decline the invite...
Just in January, IRCC issued 11,150 ITA's (Jan 10 - 3,900 + Jan 23 - 3,900 + Jan 30 - 3,350). Considering the 60 day deadline, all of the invitees would have to have applied by the 1st April, but only 1,241 applications appear to have been recorded on Myimmitracker.
So, either a fraction of these applicants update their info on Myimmitracker ( only 1.11% of the total) or a significant number of invitees declined their invite or it's a combination of both!
