Just wanted to know if you guys have the AOR-of March then what is the estimated time it takes these days for process application and the request for passport?

OH My sweet child. there are many guess and estimations but no one knows for sure. For now we have to be patient.

• According to CIC on average it takes 6 months.

1. Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement .
2. Review of medical results : You do not need a medical exam . We will send you a message if this changes.
3. Review of additional documents : We do not need additional documents .
4. Interview : You do not need an interview . We will send you a message if this changes .
5. Biometrics : We do not need your fingerprints . We will send you a message if this changes .
6. Background check : We are processing your background check . We will send you a message if we need more information. ( Is this IPI or 2 )
7. Final Decision : Your application is in progress . We will send you a message once the final decision has been made .

It's the same for all. Give it 40-45 days post AoR to show any update. The first will be that of the status of your medical exam and a request to submit your biometrics.

He’s right. First update is medical and it seems this year they’re taking around 45 days. Maybe due to increase in number of invitations...

I’m curious to know how does the tracker work. Do people manually update their cases or does it automatically fetch details from your CIC dashboard once you’ve added your case/credentials?
