Hello
@Batman_is_Real
I did not recieve the golden mail yet.
On friday the agent said that my application was approuved.
I juste hangoff with IRCC the agent confirm and congratulated me. But she explained that PPR can be send till july
I thought that it took hours or days from ghost update and PPR
Cross fingures to recieve

That sounds common to the cases I have seen in the forum that application is approved but ppr sent later. But I have a confusion, why would it take them long time to batch it. But anyways, congratz

That seems strange knowing that application is approved but can't fully enjoy it until you receive PPR.
Congratulation and Good luck though I hope you receive it within days and not have to wait long.

Guys when you say call them to enquire if your application is being processed or what's happening.. what's the number to call? And what do you ask exactly? Would appreciate some help!
I have applied for Express Entry(FSW O). Indian residing in USA, eary March AOR.
Thanks
March first week Aor's... Any updates on your application?? Any movements to IP2??
My Frnd aor was in dec 2017 and she got ppr in may 2018.
So i believe waiting full 6 months is the only gud option and as they say its better late than never

Hi All,
My timeline -
Single Applicant - FSW-O
CRS - 475
ITA - Dec 6th
AOR - Mar 1
MEP/IP1 - Mar 8
IP2 - May 4th
Today I called the IRCC and asked them about the status, they told me the eligibility and background check are still in progress, the VO is Montreal.
My question:
1.The BG check is in progress for 30 days now, should I be worried?
2. Does anyone know about the processing of Montreal VO? I heard London VO is the slowest but hardly read any reviews of Montreal VO.
Thanks

+1 613-944-4000. Call from hangout and follow options to reach your file status. There will be an option to speak to an agent.
Once you get lucky and reach to agent ask him to provide the detailed status of your file. Some agents are helpful and will tell you exactly what you need to know. Others will just say everything is processing normally and if you are in 6 months time frame they will ask you to wait till 6 months is completed.

1. BG check can go up to 4-6 months so nothing to worry there. Mine is in progress for like 2 months now.
2. No idea about Montreal VO but if you non-US residence your file will eventually get transferred to local VO.
Finally
After waiting for so many years, facing procedural fairness, getting refusal once, I received the black and white email(it wasn't golden as many of us are saying golden email) which asks me to submit passport.
I have never felt such relief after reading one single email. Literally, have no words describe my feelings.
For people who want to know my timeline is in the signature.
