Not much of an update but I had raised a CSE for my renewed passport on April 24 & I received the confirmation today that they have received the document & forwarded to the responsible office.

Hi, I'm also wondering if anyone can clarify what a ghost update is. I am thinking its when you receive a update message but upon checking your application, you don't see any status updated...am I right?

you are right!! I did not receive an email, but when i checked my account, it had "updated" mentioned. But nothing had changed on Friday (may 4). I got a second update and my status was changed to IP 2 on May 7th. In the evening i got my PPR.

Hey, so I believe the current term is IP1 where it’s the background check. I passed my medical a week (7 business days) after the 27th of March

Hi All,
I have recieived ITA in Feb 7 and AOR on Mar 29. I got PPR couple of days back. I am in Detroit, Michigan and I want to know which is the best option to get the photos taken. I have called drug stores, Walmart, Costco etc. and none of them do this. Called a lot of local studios and again none of them do this. Can anyone please suggest what is the best option to do this. The spefication document says to get the photo taken by commercial photographer. Please help!

Have you tried UPS, I got my done there for my OPT application. My earlier photos from walmart were rejected.

CVS does passport photos. Or you can search Passport photos on maps and find a local mom and pop shop.
