I directly went from AOR to MEP/IP2.
There was no IP1 in between. Is it normal.?

AOR- 29th March
MEP/IP2- 7th April
'How to find a job in Canada' email - 18th April
Since then no update.
Does the 'how to find a job in canada' email holds any importance in the process.?
Like can we predict our PPR from this email.?

Yes..
It says we are processing your background check and will let you know if we need more infirma

I have seen some members in the group got PPR in 2 weeks after the 'how to find a job in canada' email....
But I guess in our case this doesn't apply

So, I was about to ask the same question as if his application moved directly to ip2 stage?

I was confused too..
I have never seen any application jumping from AOR directly to IP2.
Is it normal.?

Normal as CEC inland, many of my friends even me jumped from AOR to IP2

New week, new hope. Hello March AORers. Let's hope for some positive movements for our application this week. Seems like priority is much more on CEC applications for now and also FSW-O applications from the US. Anyhow, let's wait and see what happens this week.

I am FSW O as well. Currently in the US. AOR 25 th March. Medicals passed April 5 th April. Then I think around 11th or 12 th April I moved to IP2. No update after that.
Neither the email the folks are talking about on how to find jobs.

Oh that is nice to know you moved to IP2. I am still in the IP1.
