A 'ghost update' is when you can't see what has changed ( hence 'ghost' ) . You can see what has changed

Didn’t get a email. Saw ‘updated’ in account and when checked the BGC status had changed to IP2. So I guess they consider each file in isolation and not batches as I’d thought earlier.

I am with the similar timeline but on IP1. @NSA82 : you will receive PPR soon within this week I guess. As expected, Ottawa started with March files and many people are receiving visa now.
