It’s crazy. Even file at April being processed pass eligibility, it could be stuck in bgc for a month or more. I am early April AOR but bgc is taking forever, the criminality part started 3 weeks ago and never finished and security never started. Even if you go to bgc process, it could be nightmare waiting too.
I am assuming you are a CEC applicant. Usually they go to IP2 first. For those who gets stuck in IP1 for long, usually they spend a lot less time in IP2 because during the time they are stuck in IP1, a lot of processing is done without much update or any at all. Good luck.

ok i meant,, my FBI PCC was delayed,, so i gave them a proof that it is delayed.. and i submitted it later when i got it.. meanwhile IRCC raised an ADR for the same..
