Nothing yet, 279 days and counting. I hope this year to hear something. This immigration system does not have any order, acquaintances who applied before even with a way lower score, they have their PR. It is unbelievable, that this system does not consider any order by score and submission time to grant PR status.
Pin drop silence. I agree with what @Arturo81 just said. There are people who applied later in the year have their PR’s in hand in addition to those with way lower scores getting through. For a country that wants to invite immigrants it’s not a positive message they’re conveying.
It’s completely understandable if there was a reasonable explanation for the delay, however, and I speak for my case alone in this matter, there isn’t anything that could have resulted in such a significant delay. One of the major factors that I’ve read across several forums is the job explanation causing a delay. How is it that providing the information to them on a company letterhead is also resulting in a delay (again, speaking strictly for my case)? The system is in shambles. Ridiculous and frankly embarrassing on their part.

This is the March AOR section. You might want to follow the one for May since your date is for that month.
Given that a bunch of people from March and April are also awaiting PPR’s it’s only understandable that you’re behind in the queue, although, there doesn’t seem to be an actual definition of a “queue” based on how random the PPR approvals have been.
Today I saw an "Application/Profile Updated" in my application. I did not receive any email or anything else. Just saw the update and when I opened the application I found nothing than the old, usual stuff.
Is this what's referred to as a Ghost Update in this forum? Does that mean I could be getting the PPR email soon?

Yes it is a ghost update and yes it may be a sign of PPR. Just call and confirm if your file is indeed approved. And if so, where is the file currently.
You need to get GCMS notes. You will find in it all the informations you are looking for.
Let us know if there is something you don't understand with the notes.

I called up the agent, and said that this is concerning the medical since it has reached a one year round. I was disappointed and hoped for better news.
Anyway, I wish everyone here all the best and hopefully we all hear good news on our applications.

It seems to happen sometimes. I have seen people with same issue. They bought again gcms notes and received the new ones and never got the old ones.
So in your case i would buy new notes. Problem is you will have to wait one more month as it is the time it take to get it but i don't see what else you can do.
You can also try to call them and ask if these steps are "passed" or not :
-Eligibility (the critical one)
-Criminality
-Security
You will have a better idea of where your application is in the process. Ask this by phone not email as you will not get a real answer. You may have to call 2 times as the agents don't always provide their helps.
Good luck with the fishing and come back tell us what you got !
