No one gets discouraged, but I know how people react when looking at other months coming up with theories about "why CIC does this". With accurate track people get anxious, if we start messing things up what started as "let's be nice" becomes a "f* lazy CIC". So better keep it in orderly fashion.
I don't understand what point you're trying to make. No one gets discouraged, but they get anxious and antagonistic towards CIC?

The original advice was to add it to the 2015 spreadsheet, and didn't mention the March spreadsheet. One large yearly spreadsheet is easier to read than 12 small ones, each with a possibly different format.
Mapelson, you are correct in the original statement the was given to me. I guess I read the response too quickly and put my information on the March spreadsheet. Please feel free to remove it!!

I have a quick question - when we get application number then do we enter sponsor's details like - last name , dob on ecas to check application status or its sponsored details ?
