Did you mean that your application was received at CIO Office on March 26/14? Or that the tentative receipt date is March 27/14? :-\

My question is whether I can send the old packages with corrected forms back to them. They have checked on my IELTS result form and I'm wondering if it's still valid.

Yes its valid. You correct your NOC and send them the package asap.

My application got returned last time on March 7th as i didn't submit one document, when i called the CIC (1 888 242 2100), they said u can apply with the existing package but they suggested me to apply with new documents, as ur IELTS is checked, u can submit that document as it is.

Call to the CIC if you have still further questions to clarify.

My occupation's NOC was changed as well from 2006 to 2011...! Just curious, did you put down the 2006 NOC on the application form and got returned?

Yes. Actually, by the time I submitted my application I couldn't find NOC 2011 version on CIC website... I did a poor research work.
