Hello guys

Sent my application on the 25th and received my AOR a couple of hours later on the same day.. however, I got a message the following day saying my application has been updated, but when I check my CIC account, nothing new has been updated.

Should I contact them or its just a computer error, and has it ever happened to anyone?

AOR on the same day? really? Probably it may be from your different application with CIC

My passport is expiring on 15th July 2015. Is it advisable to renew it now since i have to add my spouse name(My spouse name is different in our marriage certificate and everytime i had to get an affidivat to confirm our marriage) and update address ?

I also have to send my Singapore PCC when CIC asks me for it...Will renewing my passport create any problem in getting the Singapore PCC(Worked in PCC for 3.5 years)? or create any delays in my PR processing?

Hi Joshkim993 ... when did you apply for BOWP ? How many days it takes for it to reflect on ecas ? I have also applied for BOWP but there's nothing on my ecas account ...

Do you have any idea as to how many days it takes for them to make the decision ?

Hi Hemendra.. I checked yesterday on my ecas to make sure my cec application was searchable.. not BOWP.
Apparently it takes only 13 days for online work permit applications. so I'm hoping to receive a decision made them by April 13? (I applied on Mar 31)

So I'm guessing the next step for most of the people here are "Medical Request" or.. "Additional Document Request"?
By the looks of it I'm guessing maybe August for "Additional Document Request" and Sept-Oct for "Medical Request"??
