You are right, but at this point I don't care who come first! I just want someone take care of our applications as soon as possible.
I am almost sure that my DM will not arrive for the end of this year, but I really love if at least they will let our applications do another step further the PR.
What i think is that CEC is gonna be the part for express entry stream and they are clearing that first ... PNP is not gonna be part of that program excluding some portion as stated on their website
But for any reason they should not stop processing PNP candidates
I Hear ya. They certainly have created a big mess and I hope that they clean it up before the end of the year. One can only hope.

Hello,
Are there any February or March applicans who got GCMS notes recently? If there is one, please post your notes status (of course not whole GCMS) so other can predict about their application.
I read your post that you posted few months ago regarding "Sending a photocopy of the PNP certificate to CIO". I have a question, Did you end-up in sending a photocopy of your PNP certificate or you sent the original version (the one with COPY stamp on it)?
Please help. I am in same situation. I sent my file to CIO 3 days ago and unfortunately I attached photocopy of my PNP certificate. I am not sure if they will return my application for this or not? Is there anyone else with the same case, any comments?
I still have the 'original' (the one stamped with COPY) of my certificate. I have simply photocopied it and sent that with my application.
My GCMS notes have all the relevant PNP nomination info: certificate number and expiration date and there is no comment about the certificate being a photocopy. In any case, I didn't have any issues with sending a photocopy of the certificate. Since I am a bit of a hoarder, the nomination certificate will join my paraphernalia of souvenirs
Good luck in the application process!

Hey guys,
I just have received my GCMS notes that were created on 5th November.
and it says,
eligibility : passed
security : not started
criminality : passed
medical : passed
and all has been updated as passed by the date of 15th September 2014 which is my IP date...
so I think it's obvious something is holding their back heavier than ever since I don't think freaking security takes 3months to complete
I think we can expect PPR anytime this month as we were talking..
