I sent my RCMP Check and RPRF fee in July, my status got updated in September and it says In Progress with the last update as We We started processing your application on September 9, 2014.
My Medical was done in April 2014.
Any ideas how long it takes, a friend of mine submitted her RCMP check a month before I did and she got her Request for Passport in about a month after she submitted the passport.
we don't know at all, it totally depends on them lol
we are seeing abnormal delays from FEB/MARCH applications and we don't know why they delay us this much. Feb applicants are supposed to be landed right now and March applicants should be waiting passport back if everything goes as before.
it definitely does....
I have to go out of country in mid January to Europe.... i have booked tickets too... dont know whats gonna happen.... hate this waiting time...

In Assessment Section it show like this
Eligibility : Passed
Security : Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality : Passed
Org, Criminality:
Medicals : Passed
Misrepresentation :
Other req:
Final :
That means for most of the in process application it will be like this & I dont have the idea when the CIO officer will start the security Assessment of the file & when he will be going for final stage.

I got a reply back from MP's office and they tell me they only can process inquiries about status of application if the processing time has passed 17months
and I have sent another email to other MP's office with my friend's address and they don't even answer lol
