I also received a e-mail that my application is "met the requirements" on 3 July.
But they show : If you received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you.

Then I check CIC Website show: We sent you a letter on July 3, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

But until now is I have not received this letter, how can I do?

I thought I will receive a letter but when I called CIC they told me it's the email.
I had the same question. The approval letter says
"If you received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you."

Yes birth certificates done, passports done, medicals done, hubby has sent back all documents to me, just waiting for the mail now. Phew.......thank goodness i can go back in line now lol

awesome.....back into the que soon and hopefully it will not be like our first round of over 100 days......cic is down to 66 days and seems fairly accurate except for a few people who are still waiting .....

not again. We did not have them done for his son as he was non accompanying but since the app got sent back we decided to add him on now instead of later. Hubbys meds were not done, that is why the app got sent back but everything is done and complete now.

Don't worry most probably you will catch up with your peers. They normally do but this is CIC (no rules)

Does anyone know, when your file gets started at the VO, do they issue a different file/app number, or are all the numbers the same that were issued with the sponsorship approval?

It seems not all VO will start in your file. Some will wait their turn. I do not know about the number!

I thought they kept the same numbers but in Havana they give your file a "B" instead of an "F" and I don't know if the numbers change behind that or not...waiting to find out....not 100% sure ccunnington...just going on hearsay.......!!!
