yes and if they walked on the 400 series highway they would be arrested....so back roads for them.....hence the delay......or they have probably been bitten to death by mosquitos....unless even the mosquitos have a distaste for civil servents....

Hey! is your ecas working now? mine took a while, but also I was just not using the correct combination of file/name etc...
for me what works is > UCI + sponsor name (only last name is needed, no first name added or anything) - then I can see decision made for sponsor, and updated address, and in process for applicant.
otherwise > flie number ( starting with Fxxxxxxx) + applicant last name (only, no first name etc) and I can access only the applicant part ( but I know about the sponsor being approved, so maybe that's OK). ONly can see my address, and medicals have been received.

When I try to log into CIC to have a look at the sponsor I can't get on. I have tried what everyone has said to do in this thread and others. Mind you it doesn't matter we have passed this part now.

I've never had any problem logging on using either method, however I've heard that the system is rather "glitchy"...likely due to budget cuts that have forced the custodial staff at CIC to do the eCAS updates!
