I received my sponsorship approval yesterday by snail mail..no email. The envelope was red stamped on the front with CPC-O stamp, yet inside the letter at the bottom, it said my approval came from CPC-M.

CPC-M received our application March 6. I received my approval by mail May 31 and the letter is dated May 29. Does that mean I was actually approved on May 29, or only when I received the letter?

May 29, the date of the letter.

Hi,

My application was received on March 8'th 2012, haven't heard anything from CIC yet.

I have a question, in my application, I had mentioned old address, after a month my address changed and I updated on the CIC site.

Will I get mail in my old address or new address ?

Most likely your old address. But you might just get emails.

Does anyone get their passport back from New Delhi visa office with visa stamped? I dont see any update regarding passport back from ND. People says usually takes 2-3 weeks after requested to submit passport.

Please share timeline who get their passport back from ND....

Hey Parker24, don't worry - i'm sure you're next in line, waiting is hard but you're almost there - you've made it almost! next week will bring more good news, they have started with March applicants and you'll probably either get an AOR or the approval when you least expect it ( well - hard to say when you are waiting, I know, but... ). Think about it - there is probably nothing to worry about for now, as a lot of february applicants haven't had their applications approved - seems like CIC is trying to catch up and opening lots of different dates at the same time, which creates a bit of anxiety but is also positive - more people getting approvals!

Good luck for the last bit of waiting!

Hi guys... I did not get any post/email from CIC. I applied for the citizenship, so i just logged in with that details....looks like i got the AOR, it says "We received your application to sponsor xxxxxx on March 8, 2012. " Please check with your PR card client ID, u might have it too...
