hello there!!!!

I am also waiting for my AOR OR Sponsor approval. I have been frustrated since i heard that they are taking 82 days now. I have sent my file on march 5,2012, they have received on March 7,2012. I hope everything going fast as we think. Cgagnon, i would like to request you please add me in your spreadsheet.

Good morning all. Just thought I would pop in and give an update on myself. Well, not much of an update since I still have not heard anything yet for my sponsorship approval. I was hoping I would hear something while I was down in Jamaica but when I got home there was no email or letters waiting for me. I don't let it get me down because you can't change it anyways, why stress yourself right! My trip to see my hubby was great. I missed him so much and miss him even more now! Bawled like a baby when I had to get back on the airplane! LOL Come on Mississauga, give us some good news soon please!

CIC just updated working on applications received on February 1st and get this back up to 89 days!

I dont get this - the number to days keeps increasing every couple of weeks.!

cgagnon - I was just going through my papers and I have a query:-
I had got my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) on 14 Feb 2012. This has a 6 months validity making it 15 Aug 2012.
What happens if CIC doesn't complete processing my application before 15 Aug 2012 - would they ask me to get a new PCC? Any idea?

I have read in other posts that as long as when they start processing your file your PCC is valid that it shouldn't matter. Now if they do need another one they will probably request this. In another post they we given an extension on the PCC so that they could be given more time to land. Again every case is different. Hope this helps!

Yes,my brother lives in Winnipeg,so I hope that we will soon join them. ;D

You can either submit your application to Vegreville, Alberta ( for inland sponsorship) or Mississauga,ON (for outland application) there is no such thing as submitting to Winnipeg.
