Wow lots of great news in march congrats to everyone who has gotten such great news finally!
So either I have bad luck or they just really want me wait till the bitter end.. I am on day 27 since I requested my notes and I understand I am supposed to have the notes by 30 days or if not the notes then some sort of notice letting me know there is a hold up.. It will be exactly 30 days monday.. Has anyone ever not gotten the notes before 30 days? What can I do if I don't get them?
I have not heard a word since July I was really looking forward to the notes to give me some hope I also sent a case enquiry 16 days ago with no response
In my experience, it normally comes 30 days after the request. Rarely does it come early and only once did it come late (and in that case I received an e-mail telling me it would come late).

you know truly....i don't even get my hopes up anymore because they just get let down all the time and then I get depressed. yes i believe my time is coming soon but I don't get my hopes up about it....not sure if that makes sense but i know what i mean lol
like when we first started and we waited and waited for an answer about the approval for our sponsorship and each friday if we didn't hear anything, ours hopes would be dashed.......its like that, i don't wait and wait to hear anything, when it comes it will come and I just live each day and pray for it to happen lol
Wow chickie your a very strong person...for me I have been a mess this whole time...I there were days I would be just a barrel of tears ... When I finally got approval after 100 plus days was such a relief ....
Awwww Chickie! It doesn't help that those of us that applied in Jan, Feb, or March 2012 got the short end of the stick on Sponsorship approval time. It took FOREVER and now there's approvals happening in 6 days and we waited close to 90 days!!!!!! If the Sponsorship approvals are happening that fast then there's bound to be longer waiting times at the visa offices for processing. And like we continue to say, we support everyone going through this process and getting PPR; however, it would be nice if we received some communication from our visa office letting us know where our applications are at...
I agree with u totally nev hopefully with the new measures they are tryn to put in the vo will start updating the system more and save people some stress ... I wonder how they would deal if the spent ine day in an applicants shoes and see the stress we go through and they could cut that stress so much just by giving updates
Ready, i am not saying I don't have days that I am a barrel of tears.....of course I have those days but u pick up and move along.....anyone going thru this process has to be strong or they would have pulled their applications months ago lol
I agree with the VO thing, a little more input from them would be nice and we wouldn't have to sit and wonder. Yes i would definitely like for one of them to be in our shoes just to see how we feel. At least with the other VO's they seem to update the ECAS but Kingston is horrible at updating or sending an AOR or anything. Like half of us don't know if our applications have even reached there because they don't send an AOR ( i believe they have but still lol)
