They have a hearing impaired line no? If you are deaf or hard of hearing, or you have a speech impediment and use a text telephone, you can access the TTY service from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. your local time by calling 1-888-576‑8502. ( from the site does this work????)

I don't use a TTY, I use texting and can only understand people I know on the phone. It's confusing haha I did use a TTY once to call them with Bell Relay and they hung up on me -.- So I don't call unless I REALLY must. I e-mailed back and explained it to them. We'll see what happens then. If they tell me to call, I shall lol. Tomorrow is Friday so I'll call in the AM
I just got home from surgery so I'm still a tad groggy.
I forgot to mention, I did get an AOR from CIC-M on June 20, 2012 with my file number... Can someone update this on March 2012 Applicants file...

Have your husband talk to them for you. I have never heard of them asking to call so you should definitely call ASAP!
