so u got per after 32 days.same here,so its proved 1st per doesnt depnd on vo.as urs london mine singapore and per aftr 32 days for both of us,congrats

PER is issued by CIO not by VO

It has nothing to do with VO.
Now CIO will transfer my file to VO for further processing as per PER e-mail.

yes I knw that bt few member thought per depends on vo and they thought appicant of london vo gets per late!!after ur per its proved per doesnt depend on vo
