One of my forum friends replied to me earlier that it is possible that my File might not be transferred to London or might be on its way delayed in Post due to Canadian Postal Strike.
I took a long breath and relaxed that it could be possible..
BUT
When I checked the international spread sheet some of applicants whose PER date is after my PER date "28th of April", their E-cas status is RBVO these are 3 March applicants whose PER date is 30th April, and 2nd May which is 2 days and 4 days after my PER date and 8 of them are April Applicants whose PER date is in May and one in June.
So this means my Postal Strike is not affecting them in any way. Then how my Application could be delayed in Post???
So Friends. its been a minute i've just been waiting but got nothing back since. I can't see my files online. can anyone help? And i live in US and they say no interviews for us currently?
I have not received 2nd AOR, just getting updates of my status through the ecas (the RBVO and now In Process), the last communication I received from CIC was PER last March 31 through email. Hope my info could be of help.
regards
Mira

Congrats Mira, Could you please tell the timeline from receiving 2nd AOR.
Thanks. Can you also please share your current status? Did CIC sent you any letter to ask for some update for like PPC or background history? (not so sure what kind of form CIC usually ask for an updated one)
Hope we all get through this sooner. Goodluck to you too.
Regards.

could any of the seniors help me with a doubt please? i am from india but currently working in the middle east. the last time i visited india was feb-apr 2011. my indian pcc is dated may 2011. i am currently awaiting the 2nd file num from london. i understand the pcc is valid for only 3 months from issue date. but i have not visited india since the pcc has been issued so do you think the 3 months validity issue will hold in my case? is the 3 month rule for the current country of residence only or do i have to re-apply for indian pcc? pl let me know what you all feel. many thanks
just to clarify. My above question is about the scenario if the immigration asks me for the PCC after my current Indian PCC runs out on the 1st of Aug, please advise.
none so far, just this day, i had my MR done, so the attending physician might send it in two-three days time to London VO....then i also sent my FpRF via fedex...i'll just wait for whtever new instructions they will send me may be thru e-mail, as they hve not asked for a new pcc...may be at a much later date..
Thanks. Can you also please share your current status? Did CIC sent you any letter to ask for some update for like PPC or background history? (not so sure what kind of form CIC usually ask for an updated one)
