I applied with lawer and i ask him regarding it he said it is normal and dont worry. i ask him about processing time he told me, it will be finish within 8-10 month.
but if they take this much time to encash draft then i dont know how much longer it takes to get Visa.
Do you have a photocopy of the application form?
If yes check which category you applied under.
Because Accountant falls under NOC code 1111, which is not included in post June 2011 list,
It is possible that they have returned your application and your lawyer is lying.
And waiting for new NOC if they add accountant then he will apply again, if not may be next year, and so on......

Manish has an AEO so he will be in the FSW2 Category and can apply even though he is not in the NOC 29....his job must be in the skill level O, A or B though. Am I right?

If Manish is an Accountant, his professional will fall under Level A:
Find your occupation
Find the best description of your occupation on this list and refer to the instructions in the corresponding box.
Skill Level A — Occupations usually require a university education
•Auditors, Accountants and Investment Professionals
•Human Resources and Business Service Professionals. So it is up to him to choose from the 29 professions,a NOC thst matches with his profession which I presume will be 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management (now closed) but since he's got AEO, it will not affect him. It could be a case of choosing the wrong NOC and perhaps application returned to lawyer. AEO or not, the NOC should be among the 29 to be eligible
No, my point was that BECAUSE he has an AEO he does not have to be applying under an occupation in NOC 29 (as long as it is A,O,B), neither is he affected by any NOC 29 jobs whose cap has been reached.
