MANITOBA PNP under Strategic initiative/Exploratory Visit 2015

I have send a request for EV on 2,feb, not received any reply for MPNP. i applied through this because my profession is not eligible for PNP draws.
if there is any reply from them,please update . are there any experts who can advice about this?

I sent exploratory visit request email on 19Jan2016.

I want to apply for this PNP program however I don't qualify under:

Demonstrate that they do not have a stronger connection to a province other than Manitoba

I have relatives in BC and Ontario. Can anyone here suggests me to apply or don't give it a try since the points will be deducted?
