Does anyone know email contact of CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada so that we can email & ask if they have received our package via courier or not? I cannot find it thru CIC website

They will give u file number after 2 months u should have proof delivery which couriers u use Fedex or DHL

hello guys,

I submitted my eoi in January, approved and send my documents .
Two weeks later from receiving my docs, On March, they send me a email with a pdf file acknowledging receiving my documents and the processing fee payment.
One month now and no words yet.

At least 2 months after acknowledging letter, they send Pre-assessment Notice (PAN) email.
But 2 months later they send for me a preliminary Assessment Notice (PAN)
then no email no cantact no words yet :'( :'( :'( ??? ??? ???
05 march was 6 month afret acknowledging letter ??? ??? ??? waht`s hapen????

I think this is not normal but u r lucky they gave u 2nd chance mostly they sent only one PAN

Also depends on 2nd Pan what they asked u same concerns are something different then 1st PAN

Congratulations again as you've already passed the most difficult job in this long-run process... I believe!

Now, just wait & enjoy, you will receive Nomination & instruction to do the next steps. Paper application will be applied. BTW, are you using paid representative or do it by your own?

My question to other people: when you send out paper application to CIC (CIO in Canada), do they send you email for confirmation of receipt?
I've used bad courier service which only showed its tracking until Ontario, whereas the destination is in Nova Scotia... I need to know exactly that the CIC (CIO)'s received my application or not
