i've seen your posts regarding your birth certificate issue. i'll suggest you to get a "NOT Found" certificate from your registration office ( it depends which place of birth is mentioned in your passport) this will actually certify your metric certificate as your birth proof.
Also, as far i know it is not 1980 indian government made compulsry after 1989. check it. further, how long your case has been in manitoba ?

don't knw how to contact my registration office i was born in a naval hospital in shivaji nagar,lonawala.n presently i'm in shimla.I even don't knw the correct address of the office.It's been 6months nw,still no sponser interview.

thank u soo much.I think I've been lucky as my sponser was about to go for (holidays)1 week n was leavin in the evening luckily they called around 6pm and by god's grace they were at home tat time.otherwise wud have delayed my case.God' grace.

yes, asked how they knw us,in wot wayz they'll support us,why do we intend to settle in canada,bout our job n their job profile.In the end they said u'll receive letter when DM.
