Yhello Maple Rain,

I am not sure if the Exploratory Visit will be reopened again for some time, especially with the recently introduced point based system which is otherwise referred to as Expression of Interest. It remains to be seen if the Exploratory Visit route will be reopened.

However, to answer your question you can make a request for an EV visit by sending an email to this address mpnpapplicationhelp@gov.mb.ca

I have got invitation from Morden , Manitoba for Exploratory visit .
But, unfortunately got refused when I have applied for TRV with invitation letter and all essentials letter

please suggest if anyone have experience

Sorry to hear that, try getting in touch with Shelly the Morden program coordinator.
She might be able to write you an extra supporting letter and could perhaps get in contact with the mpnp also so that they can provide a letter too.
When reapplying try to address any of the issues they have highlighted in their previous refusal.

I got 2 refusal
After 1st refusal I have sent mail to Shelly and she send me strong recommendation letter .
When I have applied again with strong documents.
They maintain again same reason .
Purpose of visit and travel history.
I have justified these reason in SOP.
But after they received my application next day they refused.
Please suggest .

I don't understand, it seems to me that if the reason for travel is an exploratory visit then you are going the right way about it. It would harm your chances of permanent residency if you failed to return home so I don't know why they think you might do this...

Has Shelly offered any suggestions?

Do you have any travel history of travelling to developed countries such as USA, Australia or the UK? This would surely prove you have returned home before and would do so again...

I have informed to Shelly and she send me gain recommendation letter .
I have never gone anywhere (no travel history)
But I have maintain in SOP for travel history that this visit is not my leisure I want to grow my career and just want to attend interview there and return back to resume my application MPNP
