Regarding sa forms po ilang beses ako nagpalit kasi nung first na dinownload ko old pa ung date tapos after masign lumabas ung bago tas minsan ung nadadownload n lumalabas mga luma.so check po ung date then ill give to u nlng po para masure mo

Hi, for statutory of declaration, the form can be obtained sa website. Declaration of common law. Then fill out the form in front of notary public,/lawyer. You just have to enumerate all the things that you both have for each other. E.g. He/She is the beneficiary of your each other life insurances, your assets, you have declared each other as common law when you files income taxes. Anything that is ties between the two of you. Papunta napo ng canada ang principal ko august 6 2019 po lumabas ang ppr request namin.. Aug 30 1year napo ang apps.

Opo samesex po kami. Salamat po. Maaring sure napo at maari rin pong hndi pa. Kasi nung may pre arrival po kami eh on going parin ang back ground check nya. So may possibity papo.. Pero atleast may relief kunti sa pagaantay po.
