Just wondering,any idea how manila visa office sends letters? Is it thru courier? regular mail? or registered mail? My spouse's address is in rizal, just kinda worry how reliable our post services in the Philippines? Any thoughts will help.. Thanks!

Via email or if necessary via courrier :)
 
Yup, most of correspondence are via email, some get their PPR thru snail mail, but it is very unlikely.
Then, Visa delivery is through DHL. ;)
 
thanks for all your replies...i know it's our bad because we failed to include email address on the original application :( . I was thinking to just send a letter to manila visa office and request to add his email address as a contact information. Is this okay? Second question is, I just got approved as a sponsor so I dont know how long his application will be send to manila visa office.Should I wait for a couple of months before we send the request that he wants to add his email address?? thanks again.. :)

Wait for your sponsorship approval. When you have the uci # and immig file # you could now update CEM about your email address. You can send it via manil.immigration.gc.ca and put your husband's immig file # as the subject. Hth! :)
