anyone from manila here.... my waiting time is exactly 2 years on feb12.... what years is the embassy processing now????

is it true regarding the news on POEA (philippine overseas employment admin..) that filipino working in canada will have a chance to migrate shortly (shorter than visa applicants like us)... i asked because i have a a pending LMO in alberta...... whats my next move....
