Malaysia Police Certificate

Hi Everyone,

I have been thinking of applying for express entry for a while and have started the process of getting my ECA and IELTS completed.

My query is regarding the Malaysia police certificate since I completed my undergraduate education there. Malaysia guidelines say that only people who’ve stayed in Malaysia for more than 12 months consecutively can apply for and get the police clearance certificate. When I was a student there I used to stay a maximum of 8 months there from September to May and spent the 4 months of summer back home. So I can’t get the Clearance certificate from there.

So what should I do now? How do I circumvent this problem?
